What to send

  • State or metro so local shocks can be grouped together.
  • Payer mix or office model so Medicaid, PPO-heavy, FFS, and DSO signals do not get blended.
  • Direction of change for schedules, elective cases, hygiene, financing, and cancellations.
  • A short note describing what changed and why you think it changed.

Hard rules

  • Do not include patient names, dates of birth, or any PHI.
  • Do not include staff names unless you have permission to publish them.
  • Submissions may be normalized, anonymized, or grouped before display.
