- Office setting so FQHC, PPO-heavy, Medicaid, DSO, and private-office signals do not get blended.
- Who you cannot hire, how long the role has been open, and what the shortage is forcing the office to do.
- A short note describing whether the pressure is showing up in recall delays, doctor time, temps, or wage strain.
